What is Launchpad?

The Quota Launchpad is a permissionless launchpad built for EVM-based cross-chain token pools and auctions, enabling projects to raise capital on a blockchain-agnostic, decentralized and interoperable environment. With the Quota Launchpad, decentralized projects will be able to raise and exchange capital in a fast and affordable way. Users will be able to participate in a secure and compliant environment, and use assets on any blockchain equipped with an EVM-based network.

Value

The Launchpad is intended to allow more-advanced ecosystem participants to be able to filter out scams and other unreliable projects via their participation in the SubDAOs, whilst granting better assessment of projects that offer token sales through the Launchpad. The projects chosen for token offerings are to receive sufficient funding from all levels of ecosystem participants, knowing that all of them have been audited and hand selected by their more sophisticated ecosystem participants.

This allows for a tradeoff in value proposition, whilst promoting positive incentivization of finding high quality ”gems” for other ecosystem participants.

The Quota Launchpad is governed solely by the AccelDAO, which will be handed all responsibilities from the foundation team upon initial launch of the first tokensale on the Launchpad. This is to ensure that a LIVE test on the security and scalability of the Launchpad can be conducted by the protocol team before hand-off is made, for optimal auditing and fixing of any attack vectors and initial bugs.
